    I got 3 weeks of vacation a year, however my boss would rarely approve my vacation time. Holiday pay was time and a half. Everything is pro-rated based on the hours you work. I also had access to bereavement time, which was nice. Unfortunately management and HR were inconsistent at best regarding details of PTO.

    Fairly good benefits, able to earn vacation time Cons: doesn't matter if you work 10 hours one day and 6 hours the next day if you don't "fix" the time to show 8 hours per day they take the "missing" hours out of your vacation time!!!!

    The provide the basics. It would be better if they actually paid their bills and you didn't get letters from your insurance that stated they would cut you off if they didn't get paid.
