Clothing discount is great and available for all brands. Paid time off is reasonably generous. Health care benefits are good.
I was only a part time employee so I did not have benefits packages. I did have a GREAT employee discount that I could use at multiple stores.

as a part time employee you are not offered any benefits. But you can use the Gap inc discount and buy stock in the company at a discounted rate, and when you start you are given a certain amount of money to get you fitted with cool athleta gear to start off.

Health insurance is an HRA without a set copay. You could go in just for a check up and end up paying over $100 if you spent all your HRA dollars!! Dental and vision are good! Prescription drug coverage is good too.
