Cant use sick time until you're out a sick for more than a week.
Great PTO, sick time and 8 holidays per year
benefits are great and love that there is pet insurance
The best thing is the vision and dental plan the worst thing is having to change primary physician and rate is expensive.
tuition reimbursement is $5,200 (above average for area)
they offer 403B, they match it. Medical Benefits are expensive, and you always receive a bill for services provided even if you were seen by their own providers,
Good vacation benefits. Health insurance is poor
The health benefits are reasonable and have reasonable copays. The cost is doable for the higher paid nurses but on the high side for CNAs and housekeeping. There is plenty of vacation time allotted annually.
The best benefits include competitive salaries, a 403b retirement plan, paid time of, paid sick time, and health and dental insurance.
The health insurance used to be even better. There's a little more out of cost but its still better than past jobs I've had.
