Pros No work pressure Cons: No gc process. If u know politics you can climb up the ladder.
401k 3% match, that's the only decent thing.
Company will pay Salary, Insurance but not matching the 401K
Health plan options are very expensive. deductible is way too much
Onsite opportunities but low package at offshore.
