They offer PTO since you begin

StarStarStarStarStar Former Software Engineer in Pune, Maharashtra

Best thing is you get more paid leaves and also few vacation leaves so that you can give time to family, also enough sick leaves, enough work from home days.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Software Development Engineer in Boca Raton, Florida

Overall good benefits. 5 weeks paid vacation

  • Feb 24, 2020
StarStarStarStarStar Current Project Manager in Austin, Texas

Terrible vacation/paid time off. We work with State workers and can't even take the same days they do; much less work from home on the days the State is off.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Infrastructure Engineer Senior Specialist in New York, New York State

Once you get 10 years with them you get 5 weeks vacation. But, you can be sure they will find a way to get rid of you once you've reached that point with them, because they don't want you gettting all that paid time off that you've earned.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Senior Systems Engineer in Irving, Texas

You get vacation and PTO, but because so many people are being laid off, you don't have time to use them. Also, when you get laid off, the PTO are not part of the severance package, so you lose everything.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Irving, Texas

They have different plans for different states and they are not equitable

  • Aug 22, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior Financial Analyst in Irving, Texas

Time off isn't really time off... expected to work always

  • Aug 19, 2019
StarStarStarStarStar Current Information Management Senior Specialist in Port Charlotte, Florida

Basically the same as most US companies where all leave is covered under personal time off.
