use or loose is not a good policy
Vacation time is use-it-or-lose-it and it is VERY hard to find time to use it as they are chronically understaffed.
5 weeks after 5 years, plus holidays.
3 weeks PTO at start.
The best is you qualify vacation & paid time off IMMEDIATELY! The worse is you cannot carry over ANY unused vacation time.

15 Days PTO.Very Industry standard
They front loaded vacation/PTO so that was nice.
