Screw you on the amount of days available and most times you can never truly take time away. And if you decide to leave, strip all vacation time even if accrued.
Atos provides a generous amount of PTO for employees that have been there for a long amount of time. There is no sick time however.
PTO grows with length of employment and was more generous than similar positions.

You get about 3 weeks of vacation allocated in January to use for the whole year. Slightly better than the average contract company. However there is Zero sick leave, making you use this vacation if you become ill.

When you earn it, you can't use it when you need it, and when they Dismiss you, you lose it, they don't pay you for your Earned Vacation Hours.
They would make you feel guilty about taking off and basically the people that were supposed to be your back-up never helped. Everytime I took off I would hear about it from at least one of my bosses she tried to make me feel guilty for taking off.
