Excellent comprehensive package for beginning worker
Atria offers a great benefits package for full time employees.
i enjoy all the perks. pto that doesnt roll over. health benefets that are very expensive.
The cost of health insurance is expensive if you add kids or spouse. The cost is deducted from your paycheck every two weeks
vacation benefits and sick time suck
For such a big company they make you wait 90 days for benefits.
Its ok but the deductible is too high
The best thing about Atria’s benefit is the Health insurance care amount given to you for how long you worked there. This amount can pay for your doctors visits or buy a new pair of prescription glasses.
It is hard to get on Full Time status with Atria and Atria will try their hardest to keep you in Non-Qualified part time so benefits can be hard to come by.
It's hard for me to get enroll with Atria to 401k plan.
