Health insurance and 401K are improving
The best thing is affordability. Once past the initial 90 days, benefits kick in. HSA is very helpful as well
Atrium has two choices for benefit packages. The co-host plan is great and high cost prescriptions are made affordable.
the benefits have improved a lot since 2016! the copay only plan has been a nice option.
Medical insurance is expensive compared to the competitors
The health insurance was very lacking; high deductible insurance that wasn't helpful unless a hospitalization was involved. For sick visits and other outpatient visits, the insurance was fairly worthless.
Insurance is terrible. PTO is okay. It seems like they’re making an earnest effort in increasing clinical staff pay, but it can always improve.
They offer vision and 401k to part time employees
the best thing is you have insurance, and that you have time off to obtain care for yourself a few times a year. Otherwise, the plan is expensive and the copay is terribly high.
Great time off! Health Insurance is much better starting in 2020. Good matching on 401k. Maternity and Paternity benefits have recently gotten better.
