Health insurance is okay. Pay is okay. They match 401k . Self scheduling with pto availability. All benefits available after 90 day probation
Medical is very reasonable for emloyee only though there is a high deductible
Sub-par health insurance, employee discounts are ok, time off is fairly generous at first glance but not when you take into account that all sick days are incorporated into it.
nothing, for a Hospital you would think it would offer better benefits to its employees, especially since it owns and runs like a for profit organization.
This is closer to 2 and 1/2 stars. Above average dental and vision as well as a pretty good 401k match but the health insurance is deplorable for a healthcare organization.
The worse thing about the benefits package is the high deductible. Although majority of major companies are going to this model insurance plan, it really takes some planning and a lot of math to figure out HSA contributions.
Backup dependent care is the BEST! It's great to be able to take your kids to a reputable facility when your regular childcare is closed.
High-deductible health savings account plan. Good if you don't need care very often, but must be hard to manage for people who have prescriptions, chronic conditions, etc. Retirement plan is pretty standard. PTO is pretty stingy- should be more.
Health insurance coverage is not great
You study your life off attaining a BA Degree, just to be paid 14/hr and have the worst health benefits (If you are even lucky to receive) in an understaffed environment. You never use your days you are intended to have off because the staffing is so low.
