Insurance coverage really limits you to stay within the Atrium Health entity for care.

Many people have had complaints with the health insurance package, but since they’ve added more options I believe more people are satisfied

Atrium Health offers options for benefits, which is great for families or individuals. They offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, education assistance, PTO, pet insurance and more. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when you first start working here, it is tough to build up your PTO balance.

Health insurance is average, HDHP. As a healthy, young person, it will be difficult to reach the deductible amount. PTO is great once you've established some time under your belt and increases based on your years of service. PTO also rolls over every year. The max PTO hours is about 350. You can also cash in your PTO twice a year. Company match for 401k up to 4%

When I first started we were given a few options to chose from. 2 years later we all had a high deductible plan and that was it! Employee only $1,800 deductible and max OOP was like $4,500. For a family it was $11,000. Nothing but preventative was paid for until deductible was met. Last year they offered 2 options, The high deductible or a better plan but costs the employee more, It's just "ok" now. I would expect better for a company of this size. I have had and have friends at many hospitals around the country and mine are by far the worst. But I am happy to have them,
