“Great coverages with low deductibles, but the premium costs keep climbing.”
Time off is great.
Overall a very good package of benefits
Vacations are not very much supported, health insurance sucks
Pros: flexible working schedule, some financial assistance with tuition Cons: health insurance was not great, long working hours
Not applicable — This is an part-time, on-campus role with the Office of Academic Support that is not accompanied by traditional employee benefits.
Tuition waivers up to 110% of the required credit hours are available. The department covers partial health insurance
Was good years ago, but Obamacare killed it because it was a “Cadilac” plan - about average. Wish the state would let all the schools combine so we could reduce our cost and get better savings on Rx.
Excellent benefits for full time people
Best gym and an aquatic center.
Principal vantagem é o Plano de saúde, uma vez que gastos com plano de saúde nos EUA é muito caro
