The employee education benefit and health insurance package are great.
Timings are extremely flexible. This job presents several opportunities to network with professionals in the industry. If you are committed to your research, you will get to travel to a variety of conferences for free. Great chance to build a solid resume.
If you go to the doctor after hours, please see the insurance office on the next working day. If not, they will not cover your claim.
Excellent medical insurance for employee and families
Graduate students are offered a health care insurance package that they have the option of waiving.
Great health insurance options. Multiple retirement plans available. Great wellness amenities. Paid time off. Employee discounts on products and restuarants in the Auburn area. Overall, some of the best benefits packages in the state.
Good medical, dental, and vision package. One problem I faced was finding an optometrist that accepted the insurance outside of Auburn (since I did not live there while working there).
Best thing about the benefits package to me would be the free filling of prescriptions.
There is no benefits package as a Teaching Assistant at Auburn University.
Not sure about the benefit. Therefore I can not comments on it. However, a better students health insurance policy will be beneficial for student.
