Employee contributions to benefits was relatively low compared to other companies. On the negative side only offered high deductible health plans.
Health insurance was decent. Good 401k, but they could of had more options for providers
Benefit was great. The company paid some toward HSA.
2 weeks paid vacation from day 1 is nice, the insurance benefits package is terrible. Prescriptions are not paid for, high deductible plan with HSA. The deductible is impossible to meet unless you are always in and out of the doctor.
The deductibles were high and went up every year.
High deductible plans suck, made changes about prescriptions without disclosing the change. Changed the HSA disbursement so there is money directly out of pocket. Terrible insurance with employees with families.
The benefits compensation at AudaExplore is a strong, comprehensive package that includes a generous vacation and PTO, health, dental and vision insurances as well as a 401k plan through Schwab.
Benefits have drastically dropped in the last 2 years. VERY expensive benefits.
Overal good solid benefits. There were some benefit changes with cost that took it from unbelievably great to just good. It was hard for long term employees but newer ones thought the prices were still fairly inexpensive compared to other companies. Would prefer PTO versus the traditional two weeks off, sick days, etc. s
Only high deductible plans left would prefer more options. very few dental options and those companies were not good ones.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
