fair benefits, standard for amazon
Great company perks (food, beverage, ping-pong, very nice people) but as a contractor you get zilch benefits. Audible is progressive in spirit but not in practice; like other companies, in these times, Audible exploits a vulnerable labor force with very low-paid contractor jobs.
Senior Leadership needs to be more transparent and work on re-leveling with Amazon
Perks are great, with a good health package, discounts on phones and gyms, and catered lunch.
Housing is the good.
Very low base package and everything is hinged on the AMZN stock
401k, health insurance, paid vacation ( 3 weeks each year), 5 sick days each year
Sign-on bonus, food, stocks (RSU's)
benefits are ok but not very competitive. 2% matching vests only after 3 years. 3 weeks vacation and no flexibility.
Best thing - Lot if challenging problems, great work culture Worst thing- If you dont like to work hard this is not the best place for you
