“low cost high deductible ”
Great benefits, pto and various options for coverage, tuition reimbursement was available, however with Covid, it may have been suspended
Great vacation time, three weeks starting
Ok benefits. Could be better given the company owns the insurance company.

High PTO for intro level
The benefits plan had a lot of added bonuses like the very low deductible plan. This plan allowed the employee to pay very low deductibles.
Great amount of vacation, pay well. Benifits are great if you live in Stark county, however become more difficult to get things approved further away. HR is confusing and will give you different answers depending on who you talk to.
They make you sign up to take your 3 weeks paid vacation at the beginning of the year and it must be taken in weekly increments. No additional time off unless you are sick, you receive one week sick time.
Great healthcare, Aultcare accepted many places
