They have a very good medical and dental plan with anthem / blue cross blue shield. It’s a PPO plan with a $15 co-pay. They have vision, but they don’t have any employer contribution to vision. I had no need for it. They do not offer 401K plan, which was disappointing, but they were upfront and offered me a higher base to offset employee contribution. This was actually good, since I have an IRA plan myself and I doubled down on that.
No 401K plan. You have to fight for your bonus, not everyone get a bonus package. Employees only get 3 sick days per year.
Company contributes some % towards employee and family health insurance. Stock option are available for high performance employees, it sad they don't have 401k plan.
The company's benefits are probably the best I have ever had. 100% for self on blue cross blue shield of California (PPO) with a $10 co-pay! How cool is that! They also provide for 50% coverage for dependents.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
