The health insurance policies are high cost and the low cost are not that good either. There is a 401k plan but the agency does not match at all. Pto is pretty good for management staff
Every employee is automatically enrolled in the 401 K plan at a rate of 6% of salary unless they opt out. Many of the non-exempt employees can't afford to participate.
Worst is no matching 401k and low salary scale
Full benefits but the PPO is outrageously expensive. Vision plan is minimal coverage.
Pro: 401k, insurance (HMO option is reasonably priced for employee +1), dental, PTO after 90 days (but are accruing from day one) Cons: no matching on 401k, HMO option in-network providers are very limited
