    Not the best medical plan, pricey, poor coverage, higher than normal co-pays, Aetna HMO, 401k available (no matching), PTO is above average

    The health insurance policies are high cost and the low cost are not that good either. There is a 401k plan but the agency does not match at all. Pto is pretty good for management staff

    Every employee is automatically enrolled in the 401 K plan at a rate of 6% of salary unless they opt out. Many of the non-exempt employees can't afford to participate.
