Pretty normal maternity leave. Can take up to 12 weeks FMLA. Short term disability will cover 6 weeks and give you 60% of your pay.
Allows 6 weeks of STD
I do not have much to say in regards to this benefit as Aurora offers only what the state of WI mandates in regards to maternity/paternity leave.
You can use your PTO in addition to going on maternity leave if you want to have more time off than what they give you.
I believe you only get a percentage of pay for 6 weeks, PTO time is required for anything after
You get 6 weeks, and its a percentage of your pay and you can use paid time off to supplement whats not covered. After 6 to 8 weeks you can get 4 more weeks if you have the PTO or unpaid time off.
