Aurora supports the professional growth of our caregivers by assisting them in paying for their school tuition.
Full time employees are eligible for $4000 in annual tuition reimbursement for any accredited degree program. Full time employees pursuing a Bachelor's of Nursing program (BSN) are reimbursed up to $7500 annually. All employees over a .5 FTE are eligible for tuition reimbursement, amounts are based upon assigned FTE.
I have heard they have a good program but I haven't checked into the details as of yet.
I have not used this benefit but believe it still exists within the system.
