Best thing is having pto, and being able to take off on vacation when possible or switching with other caregivers
Cost of package is ok but coverage is only marginal. Prescription cost is higher than my last employer which is ironic since Aurora is a medical provider. However, I can use any DR and it allows me good coverage on my dependents.
insurance sucks!!!! They barely pay for anything and you can only stay "in network" in order to not pay a million dollars out of pocket.....
At least this company offers benefits.
Health insurance could be better
The cost, and no option to choose a plan where you can go to non-Aurora providers.
Incentive savings plan with employer matching. They also added extra for caregivers closer to retirement.
PTO accrual could be a little higher but overall the benefits are top notch
Good benefits overall, continues to increase in price
Health, dental, vision insurance offered through this company. Easy to find a covered provider for the care that is needed.
