President stopped matching program for the 401k and did not renew matching until after I left. Staff & faculty suffered under these choices.

AU contributes so little to med insurance you pay as much as mortgage per month for family PPO. Plus out of pocket.
AU makes sure they take care of their employees and it shows in their benefits package. Depending on the time you being your employment, some of your PTO can be pro rated and there is not a 90 day hold until you receive benefits.
