they seem to care about work life balance although the work is still fairly long but there is some flecxibility to work from home on an as needed basis. Healthcare is fine and retirement contributions are probably near the top of what is considered very good. Option to buy additional days off. Worst thing is that there is limited benefits while at work, perks and supplies are failry limited.
