At AHSS we offer a competitive compensation package, which includes; Major Health/Dental Insurance, Basic Life, LTD and STD, Flexible Spending Account, 401-K and a generous Paid Time Off(PTO) policy.
Bonus for Christmas and signing on are great. Raises tend to be low and tied to company performance or circumstances outside of worker control
I didn't receive benefits as a part time position but they were offered as full time
The Insurance is over priced and doesn’t even cover ABA services which is crazy because we are an ABA company. The only good thing is they offer semi decent vision insurance
Normal major holidays were paid + 17 PTO days for FTE.
There are only sick days given to those part time. Once you become full time you are freed oher benefits such as paid time off, medical, and time between travel paid. The problem with being full time is that it is diffult to maintain the status since clients cancel often.
You get 17 days of PTO. I've been at companies with 8. Continuing education up to 1500. Lost one star because they do not provide us work phones or decent working computers.
Enjoyed the ability of flexible schedule with also great PTO benefits. PTO consisted of 17 days for a full time BCBA when I worked there.
Good benefits but very expensive.
expensive- low employer contribution small medical network - high copay/ deductible
Our benefits used to be great until they recently merged with Invo. Now our insurance doesn’t even cover ABA therapy. It costs us more and our coverage is less. You would think with the recent changes they would want to keep their employees happy with insurance coverage. Please reconsider the impact this is having on the health and finances of your employees.
