Normal major holidays were paid + 17 PTO days for FTE.
You get 17 days of PTO. I've been at companies with 8. Continuing education up to 1500. Lost one star because they do not provide us work phones or decent working computers.
There are only sick days given to those part time. Once you become full time you are freed oher benefits such as paid time off, medical, and time between travel paid. The problem with being full time is that it is diffult to maintain the status since clients cancel often.
Enjoyed the ability of flexible schedule with also great PTO benefits. PTO consisted of 17 days for a full time BCBA when I worked there.
Good benefits but very expensive.
expensive- low employer contribution small medical network - high copay/ deductible
Our benefits used to be great until they recently merged with Invo. Now our insurance doesn’t even cover ABA therapy. It costs us more and our coverage is less. You would think with the recent changes they would want to keep their employees happy with insurance coverage. Please reconsider the impact this is having on the health and finances of your employees.
They provide a great benefits package, IF you are a full time employee and most of us are not.
PTO, vacation, good health benefits
PTO- corporate misinformed PTO use at the end of last year saying if would not carry over to the 2017 year. Generally so much miscommunication and changes all around.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
