“Overall I have been pleased with my benefits. I have a 401k that stared almost immediately when I began working. Once I reached full time status I was offered health benefits as well. ”

“Good benefit to provide but no company match.”
United Health care, life insurance, health savings account, 401 k
This job gives you a 401K regardless of part time/ full time status, but other benefits are for full-time employment.
Who is employed as a fulltime behavior technician has to wait six months before their benefits kick in such as dental and health insurance. If someone is employed full time, they should receive the benefits of being within a fulltime position. On a positive note, they hire wonderful people who train the behavior technicians. :)
Very expensive. Chose to stick with medi-cal
Today I was told by my employer that they do not want a chain of command in our company, and they do not want to update job descriptions because they feel like that limits what people feel they can do in their position. This makes me feel like there are no clear lines when it comes to who does what and who is responsible for what. Is this common in a healthcare clinic or is this a major red flag for me?
Looking for some remote work to get my foot in the door for the healthcare field. I am graduating in two weeks with a Medical Billing degree, but I am trying to have something lined up before hand. Not necessarily looking to go straight into billing, I have experience in scheduling and data entry as well. Thanks for any help!
Certified Medication Aide
I have been a medication aide/CNA in Kansas for 7 years. Im ready to start a different career path as I would like to have holidays and weekends off. Currently I work in assisted living and like that setting. What other jobs could I do that aren’t in healthcare but have similar wages.
Director of Admissions
Anyone hiring in the Raleigh Durham area or remotely? My background of 15 yrs is in Healthcare Administration/Marketing/Sales in both Retirement centers and Hospitals. Im willing to pivot into Medicare Sales or Insurance companies. Need a job ASAP I’ve been actively applying on all platforms but no leads so far. Thanks in advance 🙏

They have a good 401k program that matches after so many hours with the company. There PTO is great after you become a FT employee.
its great to work here
The benefits package is pretty standard for the field. They have very flexible schedules and are understanding of needing time off.
Good good medical benefits, hoping 401k matching is available again following COVID
very hard to qualify for benefits
Health insurance, 401k, paid time off. 401K is not matching
