“Overall I have been pleased with my benefits. I have a 401k that stared almost immediately when I began working. Once I reached full time status I was offered health benefits as well. ”
United Health care, life insurance, health savings account, 401 k
This job gives you a 401K regardless of part time/ full time status, but other benefits are for full-time employment.
Who is employed as a fulltime behavior technician has to wait six months before their benefits kick in such as dental and health insurance. If someone is employed full time, they should receive the benefits of being within a fulltime position. On a positive note, they hire wonderful people who train the behavior technicians. :)
Very expensive. Chose to stick with medi-cal

They have a good 401k program that matches after so many hours with the company. There PTO is great after you become a FT employee.
its great to work here
The benefits package is pretty standard for the field. They have very flexible schedules and are understanding of needing time off.
Good good medical benefits, hoping 401k matching is available again following COVID
very hard to qualify for benefits
Health insurance, 401k, paid time off. 401K is not matching
