The best thing about the health care plan is that they offer one and it is a good plan and for your whole family. The down side is it is expensive and hard to get info on.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Insurance: Billing Project Manager in Costa Mesa, California

Adds a lot of value as a result of company supporting much of the financial costs of the plan, but constantly changing due to regulation changes.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Insurance Sales Agent in San Diego, California

Nothing, typical HMO insurance you would find anywhere. They have ppo plans but they are too expensive for a family of five with health conditions.

It's an old fashion institution, and many of their HR policies are dated. They still don't allow jeans, but there's also a strange disconnect between executives and rank-and-file staff. Very formal environment.
