Very non-competitive benefits package: High cost medical contributions, low vacation pool w/low caps, and very few vacation days.
Free access to an onsite gym, free off-street parking, free electric car charge stations, casual dress, Friday breakfast, affordable health benefits, wellness programs 401k, discounts to numerous theme parks and movies plus a great EAP.
Employee share of the health insurance premium is very expensive for relatively poor coverage. Dental and vision were good, and Paid Time Off is weak with only 5 additional paid holidays.
Comprehensive benefits package with many options
Very few perks compared to most tech companies. Benefits are bargain-basement and not competitive with the San Diego market. PTO is very basic. Hard to attract top talent with such a weak package.
Disappointing that vacation time does not increase tenure. Not many incentives to stay long.
