Good health insurance and 401K plan. My only complaint is the vacation package. Only 2 weeks. Not enough in today's age. If they expect young professionals to work for them long term, they need to add more vacation time.
For part-timers benefits are largely non-existent. You get employee discounts like everybody else but medical/dental/vision and paid time off or benefits limited to FULL-TIME employees only.
They have quite a few good benefits, like discount on vehicles but unless you're a Store Manager or above, it doesn't benefit you well with the pay you are receiving.
I would not recommend this job to anyone. Promises were made to get me hired and then I was degraded in front of customers and store personnel when I told the manager I didn't receive my pay
