The only down side is not having a variety of health insurance to choose from. On a positive note, I love the benefit that partners with my company. If anyone needs a major surgery then Surgery Plus is a great way to go and I'd recommend it too.

Get 1 week vacation after 1 yr, 2 weeks after 2 yrs and 3 weeks after 8 years I think.
They have great stock options and other benefits to take advantage of.
