    I like the Sabbatical for US employees, ESPP, office space is good, health club facilities. Food service is really good.

    I have worked at several tech and telecom companies and overall Autodesk offers the best benefits I have had in my career. The employee stock purchase plan is very generous, the 401 matching is great and vests sooner than any other company that I have worked for. However, the best perk is perhaps the 6 week sabbatical which is offered every 4 years. Having taken one, I can attest to the fact that it is great to be able to switch off and still get paid. Another nice perk, at least in the San Rafael office, is the ability to bring dogs to work. In the San Francisco offices, there are no dogs but the trade-off is very nicely decorated work spaces. Can't say that there are bad benefits. Because we all get a 6 week sabbatical every 4 years, vacation days are limited to 12 days. It remains at 12 days regardless of years worked.
