Employer Summary

Because each of us have different needs and lifestyles, Autodesk offers a variety of benefits. A rewarding career and personal life depend in part on good health and peace of mind. Autodesk offers competitive compensation programs, high-quality health insurance plans, survivor and income protection, flexible spending accounts and a 401(k) plan with company match as part of our Total Rewards program.

In addition to a challenging and satisfying career, we need time to relax with friends and family, as well as flexibility and support for personal needs. In the US, we have a variety of paid time off programs, including ones to help you relax like vacation, sabbatical, and holidays (including the week of rest in December), and ones to help support you, like sick, parental and disability.

Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a difference, so we also offer other perks such as recognition and wellness reimbursement programs, paid volunteer time and donation matching, ESPP, adoption assistance, and other miscellaneous programs to help make life a little brighter.

The benefits at Autodesk are probably some of the best in the industry. The Sabbatical is excellent, but one down side of it is that you get less vacation between the 4 year gap of each sabbatical. The company tries very hard to create a productive, fun, and social work environment.

The benefits package is generous. My favorites are the sabbatical and the employee stock purchase plan.

Great benefits. The health cover is very good and other financial benefits are attractive.

For every 4 years you work, you are eligible for a 6-week paid sabbatical. Standard healthcare options (HMO, PPO) and there's an employee stock program, which allows you to buy stock at a discounted rate. WFH is also very encouraged and welcomed, depending on your team.

Benefit costs are below the industry average and there are other benefits outside of the standard medical/dental that are available at no cost to the employee

6 week sabbatical every 4 years of employment in addition to regular vacation; matching 401 (K), great choices of health insurrance

Health Insurance is best, 401k plan is better when compared to many companies

Best: 6-week sabbatical after 4 years of service for US employees. Worst: on 12 days of vacation for US employees and never increases with longevity.
