Depending on the division you work for, you can work from home or go into the office. They offer great work life balance and a 6 week sabbatical every 4 years. Normal vacation per year however is only two weeks a year but depending on your manager, you can take comp days.
The Benefits are so great that you want to stay and not look for another Job. Every 4 years you get a 6 week sabbatical. The health benefits are great too. The PTO is not that great, you have to accrue it. One day per month.
