Great benefits, even for Interns!
The benefits at Autodesk are probably some of the best in the industry. The Sabbatical is excellent, but one down side of it is that you get less vacation between the 4 year gap of each sabbatical. The company tries very hard to create a productive, fun, and social work environment.
Above average generous Dental Plan.
The benefits package is generous. My favorites are the sabbatical and the employee stock purchase plan.

For every 4 years you work, you are eligible for a 6-week paid sabbatical. Standard healthcare options (HMO, PPO) and there's an employee stock program, which allows you to buy stock at a discounted rate. WFH is also very encouraged and welcomed, depending on your team.
