Benefits package is very comprehensive and has so many perks that I haven't gotten anywhere else like car rental discounts, paid volunteer time, company matched donations to organization you support. Also 401K requires no vesting time and has 75% matching! Worst thing is that you only get 2 weeks of PTO plus a "week of rest" during the winter holidays (depending on your department). This PTO does not increase as you gain tenure with the company.

You only get one day per month (12 days per year) of PTO. However EVERY 4 years you get a paid 6 week sabbatical, and every year there is a paid week of rest (in addition to the 12 days of vacation)
