Employer Summary

Because each of us have different needs and lifestyles, Autodesk offers a variety of benefits. A rewarding career and personal life depend in part on good health and peace of mind. Autodesk offers competitive compensation programs, high-quality health insurance plans, survivor and income protection, flexible spending accounts and a 401(k) plan with company match as part of our Total Rewards program.

In addition to a challenging and satisfying career, we need time to relax with friends and family, as well as flexibility and support for personal needs. In the US, we have a variety of paid time off programs, including ones to help you relax like vacation, sabbatical, and holidays (including the week of rest in December), and ones to help support you, like sick, parental and disability.

Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a difference, so we also offer other perks such as recognition and wellness reimbursement programs, paid volunteer time and donation matching, ESPP, adoption assistance, and other miscellaneous programs to help make life a little brighter.

Very good competitive compensation, individual performances rewarded by stock bonuses, cash bonuses. Good work/life balance in general. Management is always concerned about career growth and well being in general. Overall a very nice place to work at.

Autodesk's benefits are the best I've been offered in my career, including great health insurance and a paid sabbatical for every four years you are employed.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan is very well managed and worth every employee investing in. You get two chances to get into program annually and it is worth it.

Has the major insurance providers and the premiums are reasonable (although not 100% subsidized). Time off is average for the industry. 401k match and fitness subsidy are nice perks.

Not competitive pay and they provide barely 2 days lunch which is very small quantity. So unless you stand in the line 30mins before you are out of luck
