Because each of us have different needs and lifestyles, Autodesk offers a variety of benefits. A rewarding career and personal life depend in part on good health and peace of mind. Autodesk offers competitive compensation programs, high-quality health insurance plans, survivor and income protection, flexible spending accounts and a 401(k) plan with company match as part of our Total Rewards program.
In addition to a challenging and satisfying career, we need time to relax with friends and family, as well as flexibility and support for personal needs. In the US, we have a variety of paid time off programs, including ones to help you relax like vacation, sabbatical, and holidays (including the week of rest in December), and ones to help support you, like sick, parental and disability.
Sometimes it’s the little things that can make a difference, so we also offer other perks such as recognition and wellness reimbursement programs, paid volunteer time and donation matching, ESPP, adoption assistance, and other miscellaneous programs to help make life a little brighter.
Six week paid sabbatical every four years! Great vision benefits... so much so that every year the optometrist comments on it!
the Sabbatical, PTO, salary, health insurance
6 week Sabbatical after 4 years (US only)
One of the things Autodesk is known for: every 4 years, we get 6 weeks on paid vacations. that's on top of the annual vacation time. Very much appreciated.
work life balance is great thats it
I am looking forward to taking a sabbatical! I have had sabbatical benefits at a previous employer, but this is longer.

Overall the benefits are great at Autodesk. However, the two weeks of vacation a year
Our sabbaticals are amazing. It's so nice to be able to turn off your laptop for six weeks, be fully present wherever you are, and then come back recharged for another "tour of duty" at the Desk. The week of rest is also a well loved benefit at Autodesk. With Autodesk hiring a new CHRO, I am curious to see how our benefits will change. We have an average maternity leave policy for tech in the United States but it's below average when it is compared to the tech giants...and what is standard in other countries. Our parental leave policy is generous and even extends to when you have a foster child placed in your family. That's something truly beautiful in my book. Autodesk cares for their families.
everything is great thanks to autodesk. all benefits are provided and in full terms and very good quality.
