Our sabbaticals are amazing. It's so nice to be able to turn off your laptop for six weeks, be fully present wherever you are, and then come back recharged for another "tour of duty" at the Desk. The week of rest is also a well loved benefit at Autodesk. With Autodesk hiring a new CHRO, I am curious to see how our benefits will change. We have an average maternity leave policy for tech in the United States but it's below average when it is compared to the tech giants...and what is standard in other countries. Our parental leave policy is generous and even extends to when you have a foster child placed in your family. That's something truly beautiful in my book. Autodesk cares for their families.
