Unlimited vacation time but just keep in mind that you will rarely get more than two weeks if you arent an old timer (of which there are many). You will feel like you're not putting in the time you need and you will leave without any vacation to cash out.

2 weeks a year standard but they allow you to take time if you worked overtime on a project or if you were oncall troubleshooting an issue. You are granted a 6 week sabbatical (on top of your vacation) after 4 years of service. This sabbatical happens every 4 years.

Employees earn only 12 vacation days yearly, but there are also national holidays, and the annual "Week of Rest" between Christmas and New Year's. Also, employees earn a 6-week-contiguous vacation every 4 years called sabbatical. Sick days are basically unlimited and ad-hoc, although there is a different system if you know you need to go out for a long term abscence.
