Full-time employees of Autodesk earn one day of vacation per month, up to 24 days.
Recently moved to Discretionary Time Off policy.
Unlimited vacation time but just keep in mind that you will rarely get more than two weeks if you arent an old timer (of which there are many). You will feel like you're not putting in the time you need and you will leave without any vacation to cash out.
2 weeks a year standard but they allow you to take time if you worked overtime on a project or if you were oncall troubleshooting an issue. You are granted a 6 week sabbatical (on top of your vacation) after 4 years of service. This sabbatical happens every 4 years.
Sabbatical is best thing ever!
*8-hours accumulation per mo. (capped at 24 days before use it or lose it kicks in) *Week of Rest every 12/24 - 1/1 *6 week sabbatical for every 4 years worked
parental leave and paid time off is good
Employees earn only 12 vacation days yearly, but there are also national holidays, and the annual "Week of Rest" between Christmas and New Year's. Also, employees earn a 6-week-contiguous vacation every 4 years called sabbatical. Sick days are basically unlimited and ad-hoc, although there is a different system if you know you need to go out for a long term abscence.
12 days paid time off every year
If you were able to stay - 6 weeks sabbatical after 10 years
Only 12 days personal vacation, regardless of how long you have worked. 6 weeks sabbatical (paid time off,) once every 4 years.
