Best- cost is cheap for BCBS, dental and eye is approx. $160/month for family of 6!! Worst-No sick time. 3 personal days are allowed for doctors and appt. They do let you purchase a week of vacation each year, and when slow, allow you to take time off unpaid.

They pay a lot for it but it covers basically nothing. If you go to the doctor you pay the copay and they bill you back the remaining balance of the visit to you. They don't cover any tests until you reach your deductible and will deny even non deductible claims for months until you either pay it yourself or go to collections and HR has to file a complaint with them. They wont even cover emergency visits.

It's monthly premiums aren't the highest I have heard of, but they are the lowest either. Autoliv is a international company, some location get better benefits like in Sweden and Germany, because they are a Swedish company. I surely don't belong to lowest treated division; that would be their Mexico, Romania, and other non European located production plants.
