They base bonuses on punctuality. You can do a great job, but if you are one minute late for work or after lunch, you will not got a bonus. Meanwhile, the employee that is giving incorrect information, telling customers nothing can be done, or even hanging up on customers but is never late for anything will get a bonus. This is so wrong.
