Health insurance premiums are paid 100% for employee (not dependents, though) and I haven't had any issue with coverage in my time here. There is a pretty good 401K match. Other perks include "unlimited" PTO (different departments seem to have different averages of time taken per year per employee), work-from-home Wednesdays for the whole company and in my experience a generous work from home culture for other days of the week as needed. In office perks include free snacks and generous supplies for lunches and drinks (kombucha, energy drinks, seltzer, soda, coffee, and tea), annual events like Wing Day where wings are catered for lunch, and monthly donut and bagel mornings. The main downside at the moment is the lack of parental leave. With unlimited vacation, you'd think this benefit would be better - but it's not. It's 4 weeks for men and women.

Take it as you need it vacation, medical premiums for employees are paid for, dental and vision are covered for employee and family, free food and drinks, 401k or Roth, both are matched, paid paternity and maternity, work from home at least 1 day per week. Insurance coverage and rates as if we're a huge company because of private equity ownership, which is great!

Take it when you need it vacation

Lenient work environment as well as a flexible work from home schedule to allow employees to strike a good work-life balance. Vacation policy is "take it as you need it", which has ended up being very nice.
