The company had excellent benefits when I worked there. They offered a pension plan when not many companies was offering one.
Pension used to be great before it was no-more. 401k match is 50% up to 6% for folks with pension and 50% up to 8% for new employees. Insurance is great with 500 deduct.
The benefits are good compared to most companies but they do require you to use 100% mail in pharmacy. They use Aetna and the plan does not to have too high of a deductible but you still usually pay 20% of costs. They gave you paid time off and you have to use that even if you are sick or if you want to take vacation. They no longer have a pension. They 401k is normal.
Non-existent for contractors. We do not get any of the easy benefits like free lunch/snacks, we do not get to utilize the on-site gym, and if we want time-off, we have to sacrifice upwards of $300/day for personal time.
very good 401k, excellent PTOs and holidays etc
PTO (including sick days) reaches 30 days after 10 years. Pension is no longer offered. Health care benefit is average.
Great benefits, pension after 5 years, 401k w 50% match.
18 days per year personal time off. Could be used anyway you wanted. Very generous benefit and it started on first year.
Benefits are fantastic. Health, dental, 401K, Flexible spending. Plenty of PTO that increases with tenure. Many other perks!
