Best things are the 6% matching 401k, and health care coverage was pretty good. The worst thing was only 2 sick days per year.
Overall benefits are on par with peers. 401k matched to 6% at 100%, meaning 1 dollar from you will earn 1 dollar from company, up to 6% of your contribution. I have seen some other companies playing tricks on that, while advertising a high matching level, but at 50%, resulting net lower amount company matching. The switch to unlimited PTO is a bad move, since unlimited means fired.
Good 401K, Good Health and use to have other benefits
Best thing about benefits is lumped sum relocation package. Worst thing about the benefits is FTO plan need to be asked in advance. Works out for me so far but it can be a small hurdle.
The 401K is very good with a high match, and the ESPP can be very profitable due to the market value of the company increasing regularly. PTO is use it or lose it.
Average benefits. Nothing special.. Didn't see the need to take as my wife's coverage was better..
Medical plan was good. Avago provided several different insurance policies to pick from. With the HSA plan, they provide $600 per year for a family to spend towards medical costs.
401k ,health insurance, stock option, rsu
Medical is ok. 401k is good.
Benefit improved after mergered with BCM
