The health insurance is exceptionally expensive and doesn't cover very much at all. I would recommend shopping around for better options on the market.
health benefits have changed immensely and are MUCH more expensive to go to the doctor.
Health benefits: good coverage on medical benefits, but high cost. This year we were forced into a High-Deductible Plan, and a prescription "benefits" program that is horrible. PTO: Decent amount of PTO, but no paid sick leave. Many companies give up to a week of sick leave per year, and a bonus PTO day if you don't use any of your sick leave. If you are in your 20s with no health conditions and no dependents, these cons won't really affect you.
Great benefits is the best thing about the benefits package at Availity. The PTO is truly a great thing as well.
401k Match for first 4% and half for 5-6%
Company only offers high-deductible health plans to its employees, 401k plan, a standard PTO plan and 8 hours (annually) to use towards community service.
Only offer High Deductible Health Plans as of 2018.
Lots of extras but I would prefer better health coverage over things like pet and accident insurance.
Health, dental, and vision insurance was very competitive, there is a 401k offered, as well as life insurance, and even pet insurance.
The best thing about the benefits package is 401k matching, which is 3% and then they'll match half of the next 2%. The worst thing about the benefits package is the insurance options. Last year, we lost a very reasonable plan with copays for doctor visits and it was replaced with a second high-deductible, no-copay plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
