Vacation and time off are about industry standard.
Only will pay 80 hours unused PTO when depart from work, tal it or leave it.
Only 15 days of PTO total.
15 days a year? It's ridiculous.
Average 15 day vacation. Would prefer more personal choice holidays.
Very little vacation pay. And when you leave, you aren't compensated for the vacation earned.

Standard time off policy. Nothing to rave about. You gain 10 hours of vacation every month. You get no lump vacation time upfront when you start. you have to earn it in time.
They offer good time off and 8 holidays a year. However, when you leave, you do not get the balance of the PTO that is earned based on your hours worked upon your departure. All vacation & sick leave is wrapped up under the umbrella of PTO.
They offer the standard time off program that I have seen in most companies this size.
