It was a difficult system to navigate for selecting and changing choices, albeit better than a paper system or something that goes into a black hole. While the appearance of stratifying healthcare costs based on income or position was a great idea, in reality it was not a major difference. It was aspirational and hopefully has gotten better. Still very expensive for basic, high-deductible healthcare not covering a lot of my prior doctors. Very much a case of something is better than nothing.
Good mix of Health insurance and dental insurance options. 401k Match 6% and the funds are very generous. Time off pretty standard and a good number of holidays

Positives: Good health insurance, 401K match, added virtual support for a variety of needs, expanded maternity/paternity leave and support. Significant rent discount if you live onsite. Cons: Amount of vacation is limited for new employees. Time is tracked in buckets (vacation, sick etc) versus just PTO, which offers more flexibility. You pay for parking at corporate HQ.
They offer plenty of insurance options.
