No benefits are given to part-time employees. I was technically considered "on-call" but was able to pick up shifts in which totaled to working a part-time schedule.

Avamere has an employee wellness program. Participating employees can receive kickbacks on their insurance premiums for medical screening, activity logs, attending facility based education, etc.

Company is a joke. The health insurance "benefits" are terrible.

Health Insurance very poor for the amount of deductions taken out.

401k matching is from the start of employment and no waiting around for 3-6 months or a year and after 5 years health insurance premiums are mostly paid for.

Benefits are ok. The health insurance is kinda spendy, and pretty standard. The dental and vision are affordable, however.

The benefits are ok if you are single but it is pretty expensive for a family. The 401k is a joke! For a multi million dollar company, they should contribute to more than $1000 a year (after being there 5 years).

No benefits are available unless you are an exempt employee. They made sure they did not give enough hours

The health insurance is horrible. Expensive and high copay.
