    It's ok but don't get sick becuse they need you to be 100% off the bench and that doesn't gurantee you won't be fired.

    Insurance is good. Penalty for having spouse that may be covered under their own insurance on your plan is not. Possibly the future of things for US health insurance, but hopefully just an outlier.

    Pretty decent unless you have cancer - like a friend who also works at Avanade had last year. She had to pay thousands out of pocket and used all her vacation time to treat her cancer. Thankfully she survived and beat it for now - but with no real help, support, or ease from Avanade's side.

    High deductibles (due to the plan being company-backed), but there are good benefits - including a $200 bonus each year for health challenges.
