Pros: $2k (depending on level) extended benefits that can be used toward buying a tech gadget or booking a vacation. $200 healthy roads bonus if you participate in the health program. 401k matches %50 of your first %6 salary contribution (%3 of salary basically). Health insurance is blue cross blue shield but the plan has some draw backs around deductibles. Vacation is standard at best (starting at 2 weeks, and after 2 years of service you get an additional week).
Great combination of benefits. Matching to 6% full vested 401k, educational and certification, great medical, Short/Long term disability, life insurance, extended benefits which can used to make life easier or get extra training or technology.
the basic benefits, only extra is the extra $500 to $1000 you get to spend on an interest outside of work.
overall plan and package was very good
Avanade offers an annual gadget allowance that can be used to purchase any electronic/technology gadget you would like. For example, you want the latest mobile phone or Xbox - it can be purchased through this program.
Very typical 401k contribution, health, vision, dental insurance, and 2 week paid time off. Generous training allowance. Unlimited OT for lower-level employees. Generous sick time. Opportunity to work remote (from home) sometimes.
great health insurance and other benefits. no long term incentive.
Work life balance bonus is nice, starting salary
Overall good benefits, but getting less-so every year.
Health coverage isn't cheap but it's pretty good nationally. Doesn't compare quite as well in Western Washington but is still okay.
