great health insurance, I am alive because of it. Why does Glassdoor keep trying to make me give my employer a bad review ??
Salary is considerably lower compared to other software engineering positions elsewhere.
10 days of vacation. An absolute joke. If you take vacation you might as well quit your job, because they'll fire you. Stay away.
Best: Vacation and Time off are really good, leadership team is flexible. Tech bonus each year. Worst: Holidays alot of organization are offering more holidays for their employees we still get the bare minimal
Flexible work from home as long as you don't need to be at client site
No time off, you could plan it but if a project comes up, you can forget about it.
Pros: $2k (depending on level) extended benefits that can be used toward buying a tech gadget or booking a vacation. $200 healthy roads bonus if you participate in the health program. 401k matches %50 of your first %6 salary contribution (%3 of salary basically). Health insurance is blue cross blue shield but the plan has some draw backs around deductibles. Vacation is standard at best (starting at 2 weeks, and after 2 years of service you get an additional week).
- Employer co-pays very little - Out of pocket is too high for deductible defined - Not per industry norms
Great combination of benefits. Matching to 6% full vested 401k, educational and certification, great medical, Short/Long term disability, life insurance, extended benefits which can used to make life easier or get extra training or technology.
the basic benefits, only extra is the extra $500 to $1000 you get to spend on an interest outside of work.
