    10 days of vacation. An absolute joke. If you take vacation you might as well quit your job, because they'll fire you. Stay away.

    Best: Vacation and Time off are really good, leadership team is flexible. Tech bonus each year. Worst: Holidays alot of organization are offering more holidays for their employees we still get the bare minimal

    Pros: $2k (depending on level) extended benefits that can be used toward buying a tech gadget or booking a vacation. $200 healthy roads bonus if you participate in the health program. 401k matches %50 of your first %6 salary contribution (%3 of salary basically). Health insurance is blue cross blue shield but the plan has some draw backs around deductibles. Vacation is standard at best (starting at 2 weeks, and after 2 years of service you get an additional week).

    Great combination of benefits. Matching to 6% full vested 401k, educational and certification, great medical, Short/Long term disability, life insurance, extended benefits which can used to make life easier or get extra training or technology.
