Nothing, i think their benefits package is excellent
Good Benefits. High Copay on Medical though.
Health insurance is still mostly a good value, but has eroded in last two years to cater to millennials and "diversity" needs. Great time off - field is pressured not to use it. Some people put in for extended PTO and got RIF'd. Used to have sabbatical, as company fortunes have turned, have eliminated that program and tightened other benefits.
The best time off incentives 30 days PTO, 15 sick days, 2 floating holidays and about 10 paid holidays. Great health\dental\vision insurance (BCBS) with reasonable premiums.
Great benefits - training, 401K, extended benefits, WFH, medical, maternity and paternity leave
Better than market PTO, market level 401K match, great Extended Benefit at 2K/year, great health insurance and sick coverage, sad about loss of sabbatical though. Outstanding training focus.
you are the reason for the sucess of the company and the benifits reflect it
Lots of snacks, free lunches, company events. There's beer in the fridge for anyone who wants it! The London office has a foosball table, too.
Good vacation, great health benefits, pay could be better
Benefits were ok at best, no 401k match previously. NYC office had some perks like stocked fridge, snacks, etc. Overall though sub par at best.
