Short Term Incentive (bonus) program is comparable to other same-sized companies. For consulting arm of the company, stipend is provided for technology, continuing education, or to offset the challenges of being on the road. Time off / vacation is comparable to other companies of the same size, but being able to take time off is dependent on project responsibilities.
I get a bonus at the end of the fiscal year is Avanade hits their goals. Then a formula is applied based on annual review, level, multipliers etc. My bonus is about 1 months salary.
