Finally went to a company match again. Had previously been a net profit goal that was mostly unattainable and didn't apply to executive compensation. Just the workers.
Avaya did not initially offer a 401k plan since it was privately held and going through a financial restructuring. After several months they did offer one, but I did not participate.
