Allows working from home and is a great, flexible benefit. However, there are no activities or events for those working in remote offices. Many of the company events exclude remote employees.

While VO is an option, if you want any office supplies (printer toner, paper, pencils, pens) you buy them all yourself (not always the case). There is no assist for internet (there was at one time). Headset is a must for the job, due to all the conference calls, but again, if you need one you buy it yourself.
