Health Insurance payment rates are pretty high, as well as the deductible on each plan offered. They match your 401K, so that's one of the best things. Very flexible company.

The best thing about the benefits package is that you can qualify for wellness credits which can save you about 30 bucks per pay check.
The company offers good Anthem Blue Cross health care plans but they are expensive. If you need the gold ppo plan it's several hundred a month. 401k match is 3%. They do put in an additional 3% even if you don't sign up for a plan which is a nice little monthly bonus
There is a 401K program with company match, various medical, dental and vision insurance options. HSA, FSA and dependent child care before tax fund. The cost is probably comparable to other Fortune 500 companies. They do rise each year.
