Matching 401k and reasonable health insurance policies. Other benefits were typical of other companies in the greater Los Angeles area.
I never had a problem using my insurance. The plan was comparable to others I've had through employers.
Healthcare has a big deductible for every person on the plan, the premium gets more and more expensive every year (while we get not raise), 401k is not great. The only thing this place has going is flexibility.

Vacation time increases from 2 wks/yr to 3 wks/yr with tenure. There is a fairly minimal 401K match. Health insurance options are decent.

Over the past 4 years health insurance costs rose, including out-of-pocket maximums. Vacation is average at 2 weeks to start, then 3 weeks after 5 years to a maximum of 4 weeks after 10 years of service.
