Avid provides an adequate benefits package.
The best benefit at Avid is flexibility.
Fairly comprehensive benefits package that covers what most employees need.
Health Insurance plan getting very expensive - has high out of pocket expenses, monthly fee added if spouse has access to a plan at another workplces
The benefits we're great. You were allowed to accrue PTO days across year boundaries. Now days I do not find that. It is now called 'Unlimited Vacation' which sounds better but is actually worse than being able to accrue days. 'Unlimited Vacation' is a euphemism allowing companies to save money and now accrue a debt.
401k which the company matches $0.5 on the $1 up to 3%. Meaning you put in 6% they match 3%.
Worst: Stock purchase program is a guaranteed money loser. Worst I've ever seen.
The move away from BCBS to Cigna for healh care was a bad thing for the employee.
Average to better than average benefits with good options.
Tuition reimbursement - I started my Master's program - could not have done it without Avid. I am very thankful for the opportunity
