Avid really tries to be on the front end of providing progressive benefits including a great PTO package, various stipends, 401k contributions, parental leave and more!

You can borrow camp gear (including mountain bikes and paddle boards) in the evenings and on weekends, which is a great perk!
The best is that you get heavy discounts on all adventure gear and sporting equipment and clothing.
The only perk is being able to rent the outdoor sports equipment for free on weekends if you are so inclined (but there is nothing offered to transport this equipment, i.e. trailers, etc.). Occasionally they give you ice cream sandwiches right before they ask you to take an employee satisfaction survey. You are trained to be competent in the sports they focus on, which I suppose is another perk in a sense.
Getting to loan outdoor equipment for free is a great perk. Pro deals included with employment are good too Other than that, there's zero healthcare coverage, overtime pay, or anything like that. You don't even get free lunch from the camp, although they do give you snacks. As a seasonal employee, you'll get 1 or 2 unpaid weeks off throughout the summer.
