    They offer the standard that most companies do for maternity leave of 6 weeks. Here is where I think improvement can be made. In fact, it would be nice to start seeing companies provide 12 weeks paid maternity leave where the FMLA didn't have to kick in (i.e., you can be out but a period of that time you would not get paid).
