Benefits are average: 401K, health insurance, dental, vision, PTA. The best thing about their benefits is unlimited vacation. The worse thing about their benefits: health insurance price keep going up, and the coverage keeps shrinking.
No 401K, Expensive Medical with stupid high deductibles. Benefits are horrible. Between premium and deductible it cost me over $11,000 a year BEFORE the medical insurance pays a cent.
