As an intern, it is already hard to find a paying job, much less one that pays you to relocate as well. They gave a generous amount to pay for my relocation fees that lasted almost all summer.

Having three weeks off as an employee with under 5 years of experience is pretty amazing. However, you're stuck on the three weeks rung until you have 10 years of experience. This seems unfair.

Vacation is negotiable, medical insurance is about as good as you can get from a large company these days. No paternity leave.
